Gong Xi Fatt Choy, have a prosperity New Year!

During one of the Chinese New Year house party, a house owner invites his relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbors, to his house for celebration.

There are a lot of people there, old and young, businessmen and working class, groups of teenagers and children around.

One of the house owner's friend has a young daughter age around 20 years old. Dressing up dazzling and beautiful, she hopes that during the gathering she could meet with some nice guy, or perhaps the prince charming she's been long craving to meet. Someone handsome, educated, gentleman, and again, a nice guy.

She walks around the house during the party, while casually sipping some wine from a tall glass and curling her long silky hair around her finger, which had caught the eyes of some people around her. Ladies glance at her, probably with jealousy, and some guys wink at her, a silence compliment.

As she glance through the area, one by one, she spotted one of the young man among a group, in his mid 20s', probably. He is tall and slim, with prominent features and brown, captivating eyes. He is sunny and handsome, speaking in a polite manner and he is surrounded by a group of youngsters, listen intently to his story. He seems to be a humorous person, as the group is enjoying his nonchalantly talk, and occasionally have a laugh. She combs her hair once more with her fingers running over them, thinking, 'This is probably the right guy,'

So, she walks over to the group. Many lift up their head to look at the girl, and the charming guy politely give her a nod. She smile, and sit down opposite the charming guy. He speaks fluent english, and he's a pretty fun guy to talk to. Occassionallly she gives him an intense gaze, and he did not move his eyes away when their eyes meet. 'Now I'm pretty sure, at least he has a little interest with me.' she feels more confident, waiting for the right moment to speak to charming guy.

Later, as the Lion Dance begins, everyone raise and move around to the front door. Notting that no one else is around them, she gives him a sweet smile, walks over and greets him.

He greets her back.

'Hi, I'm Evelyn.'

'And I'm Jack.' He shake her hand, and they fell into silence.

'Oh yeah, I'm not married yet.' Jack suddenly says.

Oh! It strikes Evelyn, and she felt a warm feeling in her heart! Wow! Wait, he's trying to tell me that he's still available! Probably, he could feel what I felt towards him too! Could this be, be, my lucky day? Love at first sight?

'So, what does that suppose to mean?' She answer him flirtingly, and cast him a playful look.

'That means, Gong Xi Fatt Choy! Ang Pau please!' He bow politely to her, and have his hands stretch infront of Evelyn, palms up.

*Incase anyone not familiar with Chinese culture, during this festival, only the married elderly will give Ang Pau(the red packet) to the younger, not yet married friends, cousins, or children.*
